History of the Stepping Stones Local Area Service
The Stepping Stones Local Area Service shown here on the map within the labelled enclosed dark green line is located in the southern portion of Spallumcheen. Water is supplied and distributed by the Greater Vernon Services Committee to approximately 108 properties.

The Township of Spallumcheen passed the Township of Spallumcheen Stepping Stones Estates Water Utility Specified Area Establishment Bylaw No. 1343, 1995 on February 1, 1995.
