Public hearings are held when an amendment to the Zoning Bylaw or Official Community Plan (OCP) is proposed or when a Temporary Use Permit application is being presented for consideration. All Public Hearings are advertised in the Township Public Notice Posting Place, on the Township of Spallumcheen website and are distributed through the Spallumcheen Township E-Newsletter. Subscribe to the Planning and Development E-Newsletter to receive notifications directly to your email. If you feel you will be impacted by any proposed changes to Zoning or Official Community Plan Bylaws or the approval of a Temporary Use Permit, you have the opportunity to voice your concerns through the Public Hearing process. If you have questions or need clarification before sending in your comments, please contact the Planning and Development Services Department at (250) 546-3013 or by email to planner@spallumcheentwp.bc.ca.
